Patrícia Josiane Azevedo
Helping people break into leadership
- 🇧🇷 Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil
- 1982 to 2011
- Portuguese
For 29 years I've mentored people in leadership and writing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Patrícia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
