Patricia B. Garcia
Volunteer mentor with Heritage Association
- 🇵🇭 Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Since 1990
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 790 people through Heritage Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Patricia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Patricia: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.

You helped me get my first careers job in 2010. I still have your notes.
