Parvathi W. Babu
Painter, potter and teacher at Rohini Studio
- 🇮🇳 Rohini, Delhi, India
- Rohini Studio
- 2012 to 2025
- English, Kannada
I work mostly in textiles, sometimes jewelry. My first show was in 2012 at Rohini Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by folk tales I grew up with. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Parvathi
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
What gifts mean to Parvathi: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
