Helping people break into first-generation students
- 🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India
- Pune Community Trust
- Since 1999
- English, Kannada
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,490 people through Pune Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
