For 14 years I've run the wrestling program at Nagpur Gateway Youth Club in Nagpur. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
What gifts mean to Parvathi: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

I still think about the day the fire alarm went off during the exam. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Kharkiv.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
