Parth Rathod
Helping people break into leadership
- 🇮🇳 Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India
- St. Mary's Mentoring Circle
- 1997 to 2007
- English, Gujarati
For ten years I've mentored people in leadership and entrepreneurship. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
More about Parth
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Parth: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
