I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 540 people through Pune Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
What gifts mean to Parth: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

I'm a electrician now. It started with one call with you. Greetings from Gazipur.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
