Helping people break into small business
- 🇮🇳 Patna, Bihar, India
- Patna Mentoring Circle
- 1978 to 1997
- English, Marathi, French
For 19 years I've mentored people in small business and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Parth
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
