I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 490 people through Dwarka Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
