I work mostly in embroidery, sometimes sculpture. My first show was in 1984 at New Delhi Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by markets and street scenes. I sing in a choir.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
