Papa Frank Manu
Youth gymnastics coach and mentor
- 🇬🇭 Takoradi, Western, Ghana
- Lincoln Youth Club
- 2018 to 2025
- English, Twi, French
I coached gymnastics at Lincoln Youth Club from 2018 to 2025. Most of my players were between 12 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm learning the guitar.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Papa: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
