Paolo B. Castro
Master of upholstery, now teaching apprentices
- šµš Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Old Pasig Workshop
- Since 2004
- English, Filipino
I've worked in upholstery since 2004. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 1,100 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 12 years later for another job.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Paolo: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
