Paola Caruso
Thatching for ten years in Turin
- 🇮🇹 Turin, Piedmont, Italy
- Greenfield Workshop
- 2010 to 2020
- Italian, English
I've worked in thatching from 2010 to 2020. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 310 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 12 years later for another job.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Paola: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
