Baking, done properly
- 🇮🇳 Howrah, West Bengal, India
- Liberty Works
- 1988 to 2006
- English
My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 1988 in Howrah and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
More about Pankaj
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
