Local baking and pottery
- 🇮🇳 Kota, Rajasthan, India

- English
I've worked in baking from 1999 to 2007. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 150 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I like to keep things simple and honest.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Pankaj: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.
