Bicycle repair, done properly

I've worked in bicycle repair since 1987. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 1,400 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 16 years later for another job.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Pankaj: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
