Pankaj Nanda
Mentor in farming and writing

- English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 230 people through Mumbai Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to Pankaj: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
