Helping people break into leadership

🇮🇳 Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
Nagpur Association
2010 to 2018
English, Hindi

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 380 people through Nagpur Association. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
