I coached cricket at Nagpur Youth Club from 1988 to 2023. Most of my players were between 12 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to Pankaj: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
