Pandu Irfan Kurniawan
Mentor in finance and design
- 🇮🇩 Magelang, Central Java, Indonesia
- Magelang Youth Network
- Since 2007
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 570 people through Magelang Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Pandu
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Pandu: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
