Pamela R. Bates
Mentor in engineering and farming
- 🇦🇺 Sydney, New South Wales, Australia

- 2015 to 2024

For nine years I've mentored people in engineering and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.

What gifts mean to Pamela: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first engineering job in 2018. I still have your notes! Thank you again.
