I work mostly in photography, sometimes calligraphy. My first show was in 1980 at Old Mount Pleasant Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
