I teach social studies at San Jose Technical College in San Jose since 2000. Most days I teach mixed-ability classes, and I play music while people worked.
I've run the running club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Paloma
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Paloma: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
