Paloma A. Castillo
Master of masonry, now teaching apprentices
- 🇲🇽 Iztapalapa, Ciudad de México, Mexico
- Meadowbank Works
- Since 2014
- Spanish
I've worked in masonry since 2014. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 340 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
More about Paloma
If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
What gifts mean to Paloma: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.

You fixed our roof in 2025 and charged half what others asked. Greetings from Tiruchirappalli.
