Paloma A. Ávila
31 years teaching French in Madrid
- 🇪🇸 Madrid, Madrid, Spain
- Madrid Public School
- 2006 to 2016
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and ten years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I ran the chess club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Paloma
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me French in 2025 at Madrid Public School. I still remember the rainy sports day. Greetings from St. Petersburg.
