Pallavi E. Sawant
Mentor in finance and nursing
- 🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India
- Frangipani Youth Network
- 1981 to 2010
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 960 people through Frangipani Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
