Palesa R. Sithole
Volunteer mentor with Pretoria Association
- 🇿🇦 Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa
- 1979 to 1999
- English, Afrikaans
For 20 years I've mentored people in teaching and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Palesa
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
