Palesa M. Mazibuko
Teacher at Soweto Boys' School, loves environmental science

For 22 years I have been the environmental science teacher at Soweto Boys' School. I teach Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Palesa
If you were in my Year 9 class, you probably remember the time the class pet escaped.
