Palesa F. Venter
Carpentry for 18 years in Richards Bay
- 🇿🇦 Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
- 1991 to 2009
- English, Afrikaans
I've worked in carpentry from 1991 to 2009. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 900 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I make terrible puns.
More about Palesa
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Palesa: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
