I've coached athletics at San Antonio Swimming Club since 1982. Most of my players were between 9 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
What gifts mean to Paisley: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
