For twelve years I've run the cycling program at Redwood Sports Club in Los Angeles. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Paisley
If you played for me, you probably remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.
What gifts mean to Paisley: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
