I taught economics at Ashford Boys' School in Chiang Mai from 2008 to 2018. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I learned every name in the first week.
Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I learned every name in the first week.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
