Padma S. Nadar
Design mentor, Bengaluru
- 🇮🇳 Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
- Bengaluru Mentoring Circle
- Since 1998
- English, Malayalam, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 900 people through Bengaluru Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
