Padma B. Kurup
12 years teaching religious studies in Pune
- 🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India
- Parkside Public School
- 2004 to 2012
- English
I taught religious studies at Parkside Public School in Pune from 2004 to 2012. Most days I taught Grade 8, and my door was open at lunch.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Padma
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Padma: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
