Helping people break into teaching
- 🇪🇸 Madrid, Madrid, Spain
- Bayview Association
- 2011 to 2023
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 600 people through Bayview Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Pablo: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
