Özlem Sevgi Karakaya
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇳🇱 Haarlem, North Holland, Netherlands
- Kingsway Workshop
- Since 2007
- Dutch, Turkish, English
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Haarlem, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I answer every message, eventually.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Özlem: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
