I taught art at Gaziantep Girls' School in Gaziantep from 1978 to 2010. Most days I taught primary school children, and I played music while people worked.
I coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Özlem
If you were in my primary school children class, you probably remember the surprise birthday cake.
What gifts mean to Özlem: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
