Owen Walters
Watercolor artist in Peoria
- 🇺🇸 Peoria, Illinois, United States
- Since 1978
- English
I work mostly in watercolor, sometimes woodcarving. My first show was in 1978 at The Peoria Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at The Peoria Art Collective, which keeps me honest.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.

What gifts mean to Owen: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
