I'm a mentor in leadership. I've spent my career as a waiter and now give some of that back.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Owen
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Owen: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
