Owen P. Oliver
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 Mobile, Alabama, United States
- Old Willow Creek Shop
- Since 2000
- English
I've worked in baking since 2000. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 1,430 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I try to remember everyone's name.
I'm still learning every day.
