Owen F. Watkins

Youth baseball coach and mentor

  • 🇨🇦 Québec, Quebec, Canada
  • Meadowbank Youth Club
  • Since 2007
  • English
For 19 years I've run the baseball program at Meadowbank Youth Club in Québec. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I sing in a choir. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Owen

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Owen: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
