Owen B. Bowman
Boxing and fitness coach, Sheffield
- 🇬🇧 Sheffield, England, United Kingdom
- Queensway Youth Club
- 1988 to 2014
- English
I coached boxing at Queensway Youth Club from 1988 to 2014. Most of my players were between 10 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Owen: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
