Otávio Ronaldo Silva
Mentor in leadership and design
- 🇧🇷 São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
- Victory Association
- Since 1996
- Portuguese, French
For 30 years I've mentored people in leadership and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I never raise my voice.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Otávio
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
