I've coached rugby at St. Mary's Football Club since 1992. Most of my players were between 8 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Otávio
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Otávio: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
