Otávio Joaquim Brito
Helping people break into public speaking
- 🇧🇷 Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil
- Bayview Youth Network
- 1992 to 2002
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 480 people through Bayview Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.

What gifts mean to Otávio: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
