Austin

For four years I have run a phone repair counter in Austin. In March, a storm that collapsed the roof took a soldering station and testing tools. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me. Before that, my customers came every Monday, and I employed 1 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 4 weeks. This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment. Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item. I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go. Where the $4,200 goes: • Replacing a soldering station and testing tools: $2,800 • Initial stock: replacement parts: $580 • Shop repairs and licensing: $520 • Working capital for the first month: $300 Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

Updates from Savannah

Thank you all. We're at 6% now ($245). I'm honestly stunned. I met with the supplier and confirmed the amounts.
Wanted to say thank you properly. 6% funded and I met with the supplier and confirmed the amounts.
Update from Austin: I made the first payment toward shop repairs and licensing. We're at 3% of the goal. Thank you for believing in us.
