Otávio Carlos Amaral

Martial arts and fitness coach, Contagem

  • 🇧🇷 Contagem, Minas Gerais, Brazil
  • Maple Ridge Boxing Gym
  • Since 2018
  • Portuguese
For eight years I've run the martial arts program at Maple Ridge Boxing Gym in Contagem. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I make terrible puns. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
