Otávio Andrade
Nursing mentor, Santos
- 🇧🇷 Santos, São Paulo, Brazil
- Redwood Mentoring Circle
- 2009 to 2023
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 810 people through Redwood Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
