Oskar Groß
Mentor in design and finance
- 🇩🇪 Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany
- Riverside Learning Hub
- 2016 to 2025
- English, German
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 450 people through Riverside Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Oskar
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
