Baking, done properly
- 🇵🇱 Warsaw, Masovia, Poland
- The Eastgate Workshop
- Since 2014
- English, Polish, French
I've worked in baking since 2014. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 650 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I never rush a conversation.
Thank you for stopping by.
